66degrees.com is a Canadian company, based in Toronto and incorporated federally in 2006 (officially called 66 degrees Editions Inc.)
66degrees.com is headquartered in a building that is as unique as the products we bring to market. Our office is in a 101-year-old restored building -- with 18-foot-high ceilings, hardwood floors, and massive doors – that was a manufacturing plant for oil storage containers. Located four kilometers from the downtown Toronto skyscrapers, in the up-and-coming Liberty Village, the buildings adjacent to 66degrees.com once housed carpet, light bulb, and toy factories (not to mention a former prison “for females”). These days, Liberty Village is home to 265 new-age businesses -- satellite radio and cable television broadcasters, recording companies, film producers, art studios, software companies, online dating services, scores of designers, and even a rock-climbing gym.
There are two principals behind 66degrees.com. Claudio is an über-hip half German, half Argentine, trained once as a sniper and alpine guide, who excels at everything he touches. Rick is a retired executive who has lived and worked in more places than he can remember. 
Rounding out the 66degrees.com team is a talented set of one-of-a-kind supporting players -- Ryan, an iconoclastic former film-maker whose “real job” (when the waves are too calm to surf) is internet marketing in Santa Cruz, California; Karen, Chapel Hill, North Carolina's brightest "woman about town"; Demi, an Austrian-born programmer with a single-mindedness that keeps the rest of us grounded; Adham, a Lebanese communications engineering student based in Ottawa, with "way" too much enthusiasm; and Ryan #2, who once ran a not-for-profit radio station in Toronto but now earns his keep as a freelance writer.
